Handover letter

Paylesa is complete, live and now in your hands.

Dear Mr Nelson,

Paylesa has grown into a large, multi-surface ecosystem: a mobile app for customers and vendors, a web storefront, a Super Admin Control Center, a Staff Portal, a game engine, and a full financial and logistics backbone behind them.

This document is your single reference for what was delivered, how the system works, what you own, and how it will be operated from here.

Ownership of the code repository and every third-party account now sits with Paylesa. Profynix Technology continues to host, monitor and deploy the platform for you.

Thank you for the trust you have placed in us. It has been a privilege to build Paylesa with you.

The four user roles

Each person sees only what their role allows.

Customer

  • Browse and Buy Now
  • Buy spins, play Pay Less and check out with a win
  • Track orders, request returns and refunds
  • Two-factor sign-in and support chat

Vendor

  • Onboarding with KYC documents
  • Store and products
  • Fulfil orders via logistics drop-off and respond to returns
  • Earnings and payouts

Customers can apply to become vendors. One email = one account.

Staff

  • Department-scoped tools in the Staff Portal
  • Must be clocked in on an active shift, with two-factor sign-in, to change anything
  • High-risk actions need a second approver

Super Admin

Full control of the platform in the Control Center.

How Paylesa works

Seven rules drive every sale, spin and win.

01

Pricing

Vendor price plus a 30% markup

  • ₦50,000 – ₦5,000,000 product range
  • ₦2,000 standard shipping

Every product has a vendor price. Paylesa lists it at vendor price + 30%.

02

Two ways to buy

Buy Now, or spin for a bigger discount

  • ₦50 per spin
  • 2 spins minimum

A customer either buys at the listed price, or buys spins to play the Discount Wheel for 50%, 70%, 99% or 100% off.

03

Each spin

Every spin is split 90 / 10

90% goes to the General Spin Bank; 10% goes to the vendor engagement share.

04

Slot rooms

Players are grouped by price range

Rooms follow the price range of the product being played for, e.g. Slot 1 = ₦65,000 – ₦100,000. Products need not be the same; only the price range matters.

05

Winner selection

The highest Win Spin Record in the room wins

Each customer has an Overall Spin Record (lifetime, never resets) and a Win Spin Record, the only basis for choosing winners. The highest Win Spin Record in the room is the recognised potential winner. If someone with a higher record enters before they spin, recognition switches.

The win happens only when the recognised customer spins while still highest; their Win Spin Record then resets to zero. One player alone in a room wins on their spin; an empty room returns the slot amount to the General Spin Bank.

06

Target-profit cycles

Half to Paylesa, half to five winners

  • ₦1M – ₦15M targets

The system selects a target. When the Spin Bank can fund it, 50% is Paylesa profit and 50% funds five winner slots across price ranges.

Example: ₦1M target
₦500,000 Paylesa profit
Five winners
₦80k, ₦90k, ₦100k, ₦110k, ₦120k

07

Safeguards

Real money only, and a ledger that never overdraws

Game awards are paid only from real money in the Spin Bank. Vendors always receive their agreed vendor price. Every naira movement is recorded in the ledger, which refuses to overdraw.

Money flow, worked example

A 70% win on a ₦70,000 product, followed naira by naira.

Vendor price ₦70,000 · Paylesa price ₦91,000 · Slot 1 amount ₦100,000.

WalletAmountWhen
Product Range Extra Profit ₦100,000 − ₦70,000 ₦30,000 Irreversible; kept whether or not the customer checks out
Vendor Pending Release ₦70,000 Only when the customer pays; if checkout fails and the session closes, it returns to the General Spin Bank
Discount Won Paid ₦27,300 On payment
Shipping Fee ₦2,000 On payment

Finance boxes in the Control Center

  • Paylesa 50% profit box
  • Product Range Extra Profit box
  • Shipping Fee box
  • Discount Won (paid) box
  • Checkout Order Profit box (Buy Now and small discounts)
  • Total Company Revenue
  • Vendor Total Order Amount
  • Vendor Engagement Spin balance
  • Total Spins Purchased
  • Vendor 10% Spin balance
  • General Spin Bank (90%)

Each profit box has a withdrawal action that requires approval.

Policies built into the system

Refunds, returns and shipping follow fixed, enforced rules.

Refund Policy

Refunds are given only when:

  • The vendor is out of stock
  • The vendor does not ship within 4 days (auto-cancel)
  • Delivery is unsuccessful (auto-cancel)
  • A return is approved

Buy Now orders refund the full amount including shipping; approved returns deduct the ₦10,000 return fee. Discount-winner orders cancelled by the vendor or logistics refund the vendor payout amount as compensation, without shipping.

Every refund is reviewed by Admin/Finance.

Refund Balance & withdrawal

Approved refunds land in the customer's Refund Balance. It cannot buy items; it can only be withdrawn.

  • Bank account name must match the checkout receiver name, plus a selfie
  • Processed within 10 working days
  • Admin sees Refund Requests and Successful Refunds, approves or declines with a reason, with a countdown timer per request and refund analytics

Return/Refund Policy

  • Request only within 24 hours of delivery
  • Eligible: wrong item, damaged, incomplete, fake or not as described. No change of mind.
  • Item unused, with original packaging, seals and waybill label
  • Clear photo or video evidence required
  • ₦10,000 non-refundable return shipping fee

Not returnable: used electronics, opened cosmetics/perfume, opened in-ear devices, food and consumables, personal wear, installed items, customised items, luxury items without tags, health products.

Logistics: Speedaf & GIG

  • Vendor taps Process & Ship; the waybill is generated automatically
  • Vendor drops the package at the terminal, with no charge there
  • Final weighing and billing at the Lagos hub, charged to the Paylesa logistics wallet
  • Returns reverse sender and receiver, with their own return waybill
  • Separate delivery and return tracking

Resolution Center: how a return case runs

  1. Day 0

Customer submits a reason, description, up to 3 photos and 1 video.

Repository guide

One repository holds every app; start with README.md.

Paylesa on GitHub, being transferred to Paylesa's own GitHub account. Branch main is production.

docsIncludes HOW_PAYLESA_WORKS.md, the canonical product guide
scriptsBusiness-rule and game-algorithm guard checks

README.md lists setup, scripts and every configuration name. Configuration values are never stored in the repository.

Hosting & deployments

Profynix continues to host and operate Paylesa.

Production runs on dedicated cloud infrastructure in London, with automatic HTTPS and certificates that renew themselves.

Every change merged into main is automatically:

  1. Built
  2. Database backed up
  3. Migrations applied
  4. Deployed
  5. Health-verified
  6. Rolled back automatically if any check fails

After the repository transfer

The live platform is not affected. To keep automatic deployments, keep the existing deployment webhook on the repository and keep Profynix's read access to it.

We recommend turning on branch protection for main.

Accounts & ownership

Every account is owned by Paylesa.
